Please note telephone or secure video conferencing visits are available in order to maintain physical distancing and provide care in a safe and effective way as needed.

In order to continue our efforts in keeping everyone safe please observe the following:
 - Hand hygiene 
 - A screening questionnaire will be sent to you prior to your visit. 
 - If you feel sick, or have minor cold like symptoms test using rapid antigen test kits. Stay home and rest. Wear your mask if you need to go out.
 - Low Vitamin D levels have been shown to be linked to more severe outcomes related to COVID, talk to your doctor, get tested and take the right amount for you.
 - Vitamin C, Echinacea, Zinc, NAC are helpful with general support of immune system. Please ask me or your other healthcare providers for more information.
